RC4 acc. to DIN EN 1627-1630

After our product line LIGNUM SECURE passed all required tests in the certified testing institute, we are happy to finally be able to offer LIGNUM SECURE in the resistance classes RC3 and RC4 to our customers.

LIGNUM SECURE is the outcome of intensive development work in conjunction with in-house testing on our own test bench.

The spectrum of the construction types covers for

RC3:

• Entry doors
• Direct glazed frames
• Fixed sashes
• Inswing turn or turn and tilt windows with symmetrical style
• Inswing turn or turn and tilt doors with symmetrical style
• Bronze thresholds
• Panels
• Transoms with concealed motors
• Shutter boxes

RC4:

• Entry doors
• Direct glazed frames
• Fixed sashes
• Inswing turn or turn and tilt windows with symmetrical style
• Inswing turn doors with symmetrical style
• Bronze thresholds
• Panels
• Transoms with concealed motors

and thus offers almost limitless possibilities.

In addition, our elements have also been tested in CE tests on wind, water and air and have been able to reach best test results up to

- Wind load resistance class: C4

- Driving rain class: 9A

- Air / joint permeability class: 4

Thus, our elements can be used in the highest wind load zone (4) according to DIN 18055 "coast and islands of the North Sea".
